10 day instructor training course - £1599
Over the 10 day course we will give you the knowledge and experience to be able to conduct CBT training and to issue CBT certificates to trainees undertaking training at a DVSA registered training provider. This is you essential ‘first step’ into motorcycle training and provides the foundations for you to progres into other areas of motorcycle training – DAS, Enhanced Rider Scheme etc.
Over the 10 day course you will given at least 1 day in the classroom to gain insight into the structure of the CBT, how people learn, different teaching methods, fault analysis skills and rectification techniques.
The remainder of the course will provide structured training using instructor ‘role play’ as well as exposure to delivering trainging to people conducting the CBTs at our riding school.
The aim is to have you confident in how to conudct CBT training safely and effectively with trainees using both geared and non-geared motorbikes/mopeds.

*On reaching the required stadard you will qualify as a ‘down-trained CBT instructor’ and able to conduct CBT training at a registered training provider.
